How do you get over someone you love but can't have?

Have you ever been head over heals in love with someone but that person was in another relationship. I met someone who wants their cake and eat it too..meaning they want to have their relationship and me too.. but it only ends up hurting me.. it's like a cycle of love hate.. it sucks.. I need to vent.. maybe i'll just go to http://www.mejab.com to get some opinions. Give me some tips on how you get over someone please!How do you get over someone you love but can't have?
ohhh I remember I was sooooooo falling for this guy in my school, I don't know what it was but he was drop dead *drool* anyways he didn't seak english but I was still mad for him. I had a crush on him for 4 years in school. His first word was no..it tore my heart out. I rather him just called me stupid and walk away. The only way I got over him was trying to search out what made me like him so much, guass what it was? His eyes, I walking down a hall way when he looked straight into my eyes and after that, I got over him and was fine.
