How can someone say you are the love of their life, an then want to end your relationship?

my gf an i dated seriously for 6 mnths. she broke up with me an couldnt give me a reason. she told me she was too young, an that she wanted to go out with her friends. she said she didnt want to be in a relationship anymore. but after we broke up she started talking to another guy, an now likes this guy. i know she didnt cheat on me for a fact. we loved each other very much. expressed it to each other everyday. we spent the night with each other everynight. she seemed happy, she seemed like she loved me. we just went out for our 6 month anniversary. i dont get it....How can someone say you are the love of their life, an then want to end your relationship?
She might have just figured out that she wasn't ready for a committed relationship. Either that or she didn't love you as much as you thought and just didn't want to hurt your feelings. The fact that she moved on so fast with another guy would suggest that her feelings for you were a bit less than madly in love with you.How can someone say you are the love of their life, an then want to end your relationship?
it's called ';infatuation';...
oh i'm sry thats a big loss but she must have been lying to u all that time u were dating! And again sry about the realationship
love is a very complex thing...sorry for your loss.
something changed, or she was not telling you the truth!
It's possible that she left you because she's afraid of a heavy committment. How do you know she likes this other guy? Even if she does, that doesn't mean she will start a relationship with him. She might just be afraid and want to have fun.
